Siding & Cladding

Siding and cladding do more than protect a structure—they define its character. At Beyond Lumber, we offer a curated range of architectural-grade options, including tropical hardwoods, thermally modified woods, next-gen composites, and sustainable alternatives. Whether you’re after bold texture, lasting durability, or low-maintenance performance, our materials are built to endure and designed to stand out.

Tropical Hardwoods

Tropical hardwoods are a natural fit for exterior siding and cladding—combining architectural beauty with extreme durability. Grown in high-humidity regions like South America and Southeast Asia, these species are inherently resistant to moisture, insects, and decay. Their tight grain and rich natural color add depth and dimension to any façade, while their density ensures lasting performance with minimal maintenance. Every board we carry is FSC-certified and kiln-dried, offering stability from the first install to the final detail. With a variety of milling profiles available—including traditional, fluted, and tongue-and-groove—our tropical hardwood siding adapts effortlessly to both modern and timeless design visions.

Ipe

Known as the toughest hardwood on the market, Ipe delivers deep brown tones, extreme density, and long-term resistance to rot, insects, and weather. For cladding and siding that needs to endure without compromise, Ipe sets the standard.

Cumaru

Often called Brazilian Teak, Cumaru brings a vibrant blend of golden and reddish hues with striking grain variation. It’s a durable, cost-effective choice for siding that balances bold character with structural performance.

Garapa

With its warm, honey-toned color and smooth grain, Garapa offers a clean, bright look for exterior walls. Naturally stable and rot-resistant, it’s a strong choice for contemporary siding that stays light and fresh over time.

Tigerwood

Defined by its dramatic striping, Tigerwood features rich reddish-brown tones streaked with deep chocolate or black. Durable and visually bold, it’s ideal for cladding that wants to make a statement without sacrificing longevity.

Thermally Modified Woods

Thermally modified woods offer a modern take on natural performance—engineered through heat and steam, not chemicals. This process transforms responsibly sourced softwoods and hardwoods into durable, dimensionally stable siding materials that resist moisture, rot, and insects. Lightweight yet long-lasting, they bring a clean, contemporary look to exterior walls while performing reliably in harsh climates. At Beyond Lumber, we offer FSC-certified thermally modified woods in a range of species and milling profiles, including smooth, fluted, and tongue-and-groove—designed to meet both residential and commercial project needs.

Ash

Refined and durable, thermally modified Ash brings caramel tones and structural reliability to high-performance siding.

Ayous

Lightweight and smooth-grained, Ayous offers a clean, modern look with easy installation and chemical-free durability.

Pine

Budget-friendly and full of character, thermally modified Pine delivers rustic charm and dependable performance in any climate.

Composites

Composite cladding is a high-performance solution for modern exterior design, suitable for both residential and commercial applications. Engineered to resist fading, warping, and moisture, these low-maintenance boards deliver long-term durability without the upkeep associated with natural wood. Manufactured from recycled materials and advanced composite technologies, they offer consistent color, dimensional stability, and resistance to the elements. Ideal for facades, accent walls, and soffits, composite cladding provides the refined look of wood in a form that’s built to last.
